The Credit Matters Awards, celebrate and recognize personal and team achievement.

Diversity in Credit

This award recognizes companies whose activities and efforts are designed to promote and support differences in people and society.

Diversity may include race and ethnic origin; gender; physical abilities; religious beliefs; age; education; sexual orientation; and other perceived differences

Credit Talent Development

This award recognizes companies that offer the most relevant and effective professional development to all O2C employees.

This should include a long-term strategy, employer branding and adequate budget for newcomers, experienced staff and managers.
Evidence of measurable business success will include improvement in KPI’s and reduction in attrition rates or in house promotions within and outside of the Credit Department .

Outstanding Team Member Award

Nominations can come from any area of the Credit industry and should be geared towards more junior members of staff. The winner will be someone within the team that has demonstrated going above and beyond; one who is exceeding company and departmental expectations. This person may have contributed new and innovative ideas that have improved processes. This is a person that might have overachieved in terms of DSO or other important KPI’s.  They may be a team member that has shown fortitude and an attitude that has helped to inspire and motivate others on their team. The winner will be someone who enhances the professionalism and reputation of the team.

Credit Leadership

Nominations can come from any area of the credit industry.

The winner will be someone demonstrating leadership as the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal for a minimum of 5 years.

In a business setting, this can mean directing colleagues with a strategy and vision and as leader, is the inspiration for and director of the action.

Credit Climate Impact

Callisto Grand has launched this award to recognize and promote successful efforts to fight climate change in the workplace.

Examples of initiatives of environmental, social and business-led commitments to combat climate change include:

Requesting staff and suppliers to use less plastic, especially single use plastic , encouraging less car use and more walking, cycling ,public transport and actively saving water
