including Risk Management, Portfolio Analysis,
E-Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application Collection
Agencies, Data Analytics, Internal and External

DSO or overdues through resolving complex disputes improving communications

minimum of 3 years and who has made a positive

or leading a long-term project with significant
achievements

O2C employees.

house promotions within and outside of the Credit
Department .

Outstanding Team Participation– CPD Award

There is no limit to the number of teams that can be nominated,
ensuring all eligible groups have the opportunity to compete and be
recognized for their collaborative commitment to professional
growth.

transparency and encouraging engagement.

This award is exclusively open to Callisto CGCN Members,

professional qualifications from January 1, 2024, through August
31, 2025.

All levels of the Certificate and Diploma are included within the
scope of this award.

Recognition will be based on two criteria:

– The percentage of total learners supported by the company.

– The achievement level of participants, awarded as Bronze,
Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

Eligibility is exclusive to CGCN (Member) companies and
requires attendance by at least three qualification participants
at the Credit Matters Conference.
