What does gamechanging success look like to you in less than 10 words?

Everybody wants to change the game, but few know how to do so. Everyone want to be the next Michael Jordan and very often they hide behind the “nature”. To be a game-changer you must be a talent, being born with a talent. Nurture is the keyword When we see an athlete or a performer excel at what they do it is not because of their natural talent only but on how hard they train So training is the key for being a game changer

Biography

What is your biggest life lesson from the past 5 years?

One of the most significant life lessons I’ve learned over the past five years is the importance of resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. During this period, I’ve encountered various challenges and setbacks, both personally and professionally. However, each obstacle presented an opportunity for growth and learning. I’ve come to understand that setbacks are not permanent roadblocks but rather temporary hurdles that can be overcome with determination, perseverance, and a positive mindset. Embracing change, being open to new experiences, and maintaining a resilient attitude have been invaluable qualities that have helped me navigate through life’s ups and downs.

What is your personal vision for the next 5 years?

A complete version: Over the next five years, my personal vision encompasses further development and expansion of the SustaAInable Career project, aiming to empower individuals to pursue sustainable careers aligned with their values and aspirations. Concurrently, I envision growing my business coaching practice, specialising in consulting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues for corporations. This dual focus reflects my commitment to fostering sustainable practices both at the individual and organisational levels. In addition to professional growth, I prioritise cultivating a well-balanced lifestyle that aligns with my personal criteria and philosophy. This entails integrating sustainability into all aspects of my life, from daily habits to long-term goals, and maintaining a heightened awareness of the interconnectedness between personal well-being and environmental stewardship. By embracing a sustainable integrated lifestyle, I aspire to contribute positively to society while nurturing my own growth and fulfilment.

What is your professional vision for the next 5 years?

As above.

Name one person you consider a great leader.

Nelson Mandela, then Navalny

What would you ask them if you could meet them?

If we talk about the global economic and geopolitical challenges then only one thing is for sure that nothing is for sure…

Although in the short term we tend to overestimate the role of technical achievements, nevertheless, I believe that in the next 5 years we will undergo revolutionary changes in terms of new technological solutions and this will also affect the way we manage business risks in the future. This will also be necessary because, in my opinion, the world is moving in an increasingly unpredictable direction.
